Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics and transportation assistant to organize, control, and optimize the warehouse, manage goods, monitor stock levels, and support distribution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse organization and control. 2. Stock and inventory management. 3. Support in logistics routes and transportation. A company specializing in CALIBRATION is looking for a logistics and transportation assistant in San Luis. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 03 months of experience in similar warehouse and dispatch roles (e.g., delivery guides, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods). * Valid A1 driver's license (no pending violations). **Responsibilities**: * Organize, control, and optimize the location, distribution, and arrangement of goods within the warehouse. * Receive, register, and inspect goods, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, delivery guides, and quality standards prior to warehouse entry. * Maintain accurate stock control for all items, sustaining appropriate inventory levels and preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Timely record warehouse receipts and shipments in designated formats and/or systems. * Accurately identify, classify, label, and safeguard stored goods. * Prepare, dispatch, and distribute goods according to user department requirements. * Schedule, organize, and execute daily logistics routes for equipment, documents, goods, or other deliveries and pickups. * Support transportation activities as required, including loading and unloading goods from vehicles. * Deliver invoices, documents, and other materials to customers and suppliers as applicable. * Procure internal company supplies (e.g., office stationery, paper, and other consumables). * Maintain cleanliness, order, and integrity of both the warehouse and transported goods.
