Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, quotations, and inventory, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management and General Warehouse Kardex 2. Quotation and Procurement Management for Materials 3. Sourcing and Evaluation of New Suppliers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Review daily inventory reports from the Warehouse Assistant and verify the General Warehouse Kardex. Prepare quotations and manage procurement for all material requirements. Prepare quotations and manage procurement for all material requirements related to inventory replenishment. Identify new suppliers offering more competitive terms than current ones (e.g., pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules). Prepare and issue Service Orders (SO) or Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers following management authorization. Prepare corresponding Payment Disbursement Requests (PDR) to process supplier payments. Review the organization of supporting documentation for supplier payments (invoices, POs, approval emails, PDRs, etc.). Proactively request updated records of all IQBF movements and inventory levels from various sites. Record IQBF movements in the SUNAT portal. **REQUIREMENTS:** Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial companies. Willingness to work at the Callao Plant (Oquendo).
