Job Summary: AVIATEC is seeking recent Industrial Engineering graduates for the positions of Logistics and Procurement Assistant and Quality Assistant, with a focus on optimization and management. LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering with no prior work experience. Preference given to candidates with a focus on process optimization, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Lean manufacturing methodologies. **Responsibilities:** * Receive engineering take-offs and perform cost estimation. * Prepare quotations and manage procurement from suppliers. * Manage logistics across the supply chain for materials, intermediate inputs, and services supporting the manufacturing plant. * Ensure material conformity upon receipt and record entries in inventory systems. * Maintain stock ledger records for warehouse users. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Report to the Operations Management team. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and MS Project. * Intermediate English proficiency. II. QUALITY ASSISTANT Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering (no prior experience required). Preference given to candidates with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily inspections of in-process production and production backlog. * Verify documentation related to in-process production. * Perform quality control through measurements and testing in the Metrology area. * Record and document quality controls for in-process and finished products in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) based on AS9100 (training on the standard will be provided). * Ensure correct allocation of drawings, materials, consumables, and tools to the CNC production area. * Record daily entry and exit of equipment from the Metrology laboratory. * Verify monthly validity of equipment calibration certificates. * Assist the Production Planner in completing Operation Sheets per AS9100 requirements. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Report to the Operations Management team. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and MS Project. * Intermediate English proficiency.
