Main Responsibilities: * Manage internal procurement requests applying the company’s internal policy and established procurement process. * Update and maintain the digital inventory record using the tool provided by the company. * Monitor the creation and updating of the supplier database. * Direct interaction with complex suppliers, demonstrating strong communication skills to finalize agreements for goods and services. * Request preventive and corrective maintenance for company assets. * Organize the warehouse and classify items using the “INVENTARIO” database. * Register new equipment entries into the “INVENTARIO” database. * Negotiate with suppliers and request quotations, performing price comparisons for management approval. * Track orders placed through tenders. * Track orders approved by management. * Explain departmental policies and processes to colleagues empathetically and patiently. * Execute, train, and supervise the Legal Assistant’s activities. * Coordinate with external advisors (legal and accounting). * Assign tasks and supervise the Cleaning Assistant’s activities. * Other duties related to the position.
