Requires proactivity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. **Salary:** S/1,000.00 \- S/1,500.00 per month Job Description: **Job Objective:** To efficiently manage the company's warehouse, ensuring inventory control, material receiving and dispatching. Additionally, to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicle units to guarantee their optimal performance and availability. **Duties and Responsibilities: Warehouse Area:** * Supervise and control inventory of materials, tools, and spare parts. * Receive, store, and dispatch goods in an orderly and safe manner. * Record product inflows and outflows in the system. * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with appropriate signage. * Periodically verify stock levels and propose purchases if necessary. * Coordinate with suppliers for delivery of supplies or spare parts. * Conduct periodic physical inventories (monthly/quarterly/annual). **Vehicle Maintenance Area:** * Maintain records of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Schedule maintenance services (oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignment, etc.). * Identify repair needs and coordinate with external workshops. * Monitor the overall condition of vehicles (tires, lights, cleanliness, etc.). * Keep vehicle documentation up to date (registration card, insurance, inspection certificates, etc.). * Report any detected mechanical or visual anomalies. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in logistics, automotive mechanics, administration, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years managing warehouses and vehicle maintenance. * **Knowledge:** * Inventory control. * Basic automotive mechanics. * Handling of tools and materials. * Use of warehouse management software (Excel, ERP, etc.). * Automotive maintenance procedures. * **Valid driver's license** (preferred or mandatory depending on requirements). **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and orderliness. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Planning capability. * Effective communication. * Honesty and responsibility. * Attention to detail.
