DISA HVAC Engineers is seeking a Logistics Assistant. **Job Mission:** Support the efficient management of procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment required for HVAC operations, ensuring timely availability and appropriate inventory control. **Job Requirements:** \- Technician or graduate in logistics, administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations. \- Prior experience in service companies or technical sectors is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Assist in purchasing management for materials and equipment. 2\. Coordinate goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. 3\. Control inventory of tools, spare parts, and HVAC equipment. 4\. Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers. 5\. Record warehouse receipts and issuances in the system or established formats. 6\. Prepare materials for scheduled fieldwork. 7\. Coordinate logistics for delivery to technicians and supervisors. 8\. Verify condition and quantity of received materials. 9\. Maintain warehouse order and control. 10\.
