At Grupo Fortaleza, located in the center of Ayacucho, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant. Requirements: * 2 years of experience in the field. * Completed technical degree in Administration or related fields. * ERP system proficiency. Responsibilities: * Inventory management. * **Monitoring of goods inflows and outflows.** * Recording and updating stock levels in computerized systems. * Identifying shortages or surpluses to prevent inventory stockouts. * Resolving logistical incidents (delays, returns, damages). * Coordinating with internal departments (purchasing, sales). * Proposing improvements to the logistics chain. * Implementing innovation strategies. Skills: * **Organization and planning.** * Proficiency in digital tools (ERP, Excel, management systems). * Teamwork ability and effective communication. * Problem-solving under pressure. Availability to work store hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1-hour break), Monday through Saturday. Position type: Full-time. Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
