Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to provide operational and analytical support, managing materials and equipment for telecommunications projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in material and equipment control and tracking for projects 2. Recording and updating material movements in ERP and Excel 3. Coordination and control of logistics documentation At C&R Integral Service S.A.C., a company specialized in engineering and telecommunications services, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to provide operational and analytical support to the logistics department, ensuring proper control of materials, equipment, and documentation for field projects and operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Support control and tracking of materials, equipment, and tools for telecommunications projects. * Record and update material receipts, issuances, consumption, and stock levels in CONTANET ERP and Excel templates. * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and field personnel for timely material delivery. * Prepare and maintain logistics control dashboards (inventories, project-wise consumption, replenishments). * Support issuance, review, and control of waybills, requisitions, and purchase orders. * Verify correct documentation for shipments, returns, and material transfers. * Support periodic physical inventories and reconcile them with ERP and Excel records. * Provide administrative support to the logistics department as required by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or material control. * Preferred experience in service, telecommunications, construction, or project-based companies. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills (data entry, filters, control dashboards). * Knowledge or experience with CONTANET ERP or other ERP systems (preferred). * Basic analytical ability, organizational skills, and information tracking capability. * Good communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork orientation. * Valid Class A1 driver’s license (preferred). **BENEFITS** * Immediate hiring * Timely salary payments * Internal training * Career path and growth opportunities based on performance * Positive work environment and mentoring during onboarding Employment Type: Full-time Application Questions: * Are you a university graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields? * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or material control? * Have you recorded receipts, issuances, and stock levels using CONTANET ERP or another ERP system? * What is your Excel proficiency level for logistics control? * Are you agreeable to a monthly remuneration of S/1.500?
