Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance personnel to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, equipment, and systems, ensuring their proper operation and the cleanliness of environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at various locations. 2. Supervise vendor work and ensure quality standards. 3. Ensure safety and order in the workplace. The company is currently seeking Maintenance Personnel. Requirements: * Technical studies in electricity and/or related fields (preferred) * Knowledge of plumbing, infrastructure, and lighting repairs. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the brand's various locations. * Availability to work in Ate (in front of Santa Rosa Bus Stop) Responsibilities: * Inspect and replenish water containers, ensuring their availability for site staff. * Supervise vendor-executed work, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections and record the corresponding control logs, ensuring functionality in case of emergency. * Immediately report to the SS.GG. management any changes or suggestions proposed by vendors, to facilitate timely decision-making. * Upon completion of vendor work, ensure all areas are clean and orderly, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and assets at the Warehouse site, ensuring proper operation. * Coordinate with SS.GG. management prior to executing any maintenance work, ensuring approval and appropriate planning. * At the end of daily duties, report to SS.GG. management on the status of completed tasks and any relevant incidents. * Before performing high-risk tasks, use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personnel and environmental safety. * Procure materials or any other resources required for maintenance activities, as needed at the time. * Other duties as assigned by management or administration leadership. * Clean windows of both buildings every 15 days, contributing to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. * Regularly monitor and update the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance tasks to ensure availability and prevent shortages. * Respond to minor emergencies during working hours, such as equipment or facility failures. Painting and maintenance of offices and common areas.
