Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and operational readiness of store equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance activities and managing the budget. Supervision of occupational safety and health standards **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the proper functioning and operational readiness of all store equipment and facilities. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the timely execution of general preventive and corrective maintenance across the assigned unit. * Coordinate the execution of various external maintenance services—including cleaning, fumigation, air conditioning, elevators, freight lifts, painting, furniture, electrical equipment, cafeteria concessionaires, and others—promptly reporting to Management for required decision-making. * Manage the unit’s annual and monthly maintenance budget to comply with the annual maintenance schedule. * Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health procedures by all members of the department as well as contractors’ personnel. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance assistant or in similar roles (including internships). * Basic English proficiency (desirable). * Knowledge of electronics, air conditioning systems, and industrial safety. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Familiarity with electrical measurement tools (desirable). * Knowledge of general services (desirable). * Availability to work 100% on-site under a 5x2 regime\. * Experience leading teams (desirable). **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
