Customer service and technical support **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance—preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of facilities, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the maintenance system (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT Supervise the maintenance department’s adherence to maintenance and/or repair processes and deadlines, ensuring vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Perform daily quality control checks on vehicles in the yard. SUP 6\. PROCUREMENT ORDER MANAGEMENT Register procurement orders. 7\. MINI-CASH SETTLEMENT Register mini-cash documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update vehicle records in Cobra. 9\. TICKET CONTROL Validate tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident.
