Coordination with production, warehouse, procurement, and engineering **REQUIREMENTS**: · Graduate of Engineering or Technical Engineering programs, specializing in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. · Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor. · Knowledge of manufacturing processes. · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. · Experience in manufacturing companies (desirable but not mandatory). · Good physical condition. · Willingness to travel within the country. · Valid driver's license (desirable but not mandatory). · Residence in Callao or adjacent districts. · Age: 20 \- 30 years. · Organized, proactive, with strong communication skills and follow-up capability. · Availability for overtime outside regular working days (if required). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Support in planning and tracking work orders. · Coordination with production, warehouse, procurement, and engineering. · Control and updating of progress reports, timelines, and resource consumption. · Preparation of technical documentation (reports, Gantt charts, technical data sheets, etc.). · Coordination with suppliers and internal customers. · Other duties inherent to the operations department. **OFFERED:** · Formal employment contract. · All statutory benefits. · Working hours: Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM. · Overtime pay. · Positive work environment and continuous learning.
