




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to ensure proper logistics for events, workshops, and activities, guaranteeing material availability and adherence to schedules. Every event, program, and experience must be delivered under clear standards and with zero improvisation. **Position Objective** We seek to integrate an **Operations Assistant** into our team, responsible for executing and ensuring the proper logistical operation of events, workshops, and internal activities—guaranteeing timely material availability, coordination with suppliers, inventory control, and schedule compliance, while reducing operational incidents and maintaining up-to-date documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide direct operational support to the Head of Operations. * Coordinate and execute event and workshop logistics (setup, transportation, materials, and teardown). * Manage physical and digital inventories, ensuring traceability and control. * Execute minor operational purchases upon prior approval. * Generate operational reports and promptly report logistical incidents. * Coordinate operational communications and basic training for clients as required. * Provide cross-functional operational support across various departments. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** Technical diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or graduate in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in operational logistics, event coordination, inventory control, or operational support. **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory management (Kardex / stock control). * Operational procurement and basic budget control. * Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive. * ERP experience preferred (Odoo or similar). * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Basic audiovisual equipment handling skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** Orderliness, precision, results orientation, attention to detail, proactivity, clear communication, ability to work under pressure, honesty, and responsibility in asset management. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm (including one-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 am–2:00 pm * **Location:** Alto Sleva Alegre – Arequipa * **Compensation:** S/. 1500.00 **We Offer:** * Join an organization with purpose and a high-performance culture. * Actively participate in strategic events and projects. * Professional development within the operational area. * A dynamic, results-oriented environment. * Internal wellness and emotional development programs. * Awaken Your Greatness. * We transform lives, elevate results, and empower purpose-driven human talent.
