Analysis of key performance indicators and continuous process improvement. **A pharmaceutical company located in Chorrillos is seeking personnel to fill the position of Pharmacy Management Coordinator** **with experience (both public and private sectors)** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy administration or the pharmaceutical industry. * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Accounting, Pharmacy, or a related field. * Residency in Chorrillos or neighboring districts (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise stock control across all branches (receipts, dispatches, transfers, and expirations) using waybill reports and daily validation of Kardex and costs in Contasis. * Ensure execution of physical inventories. * Evaluate profitability margins, define selling prices, commissions, and incentives according to market conditions. * Analyze logistics and procurement indicators (inventory turnover, reorder point, maximum and minimum stock levels) and supervise documentation control for purchase orders, quotations, and contracts. * Coordinate with the accounting department on daily reports of income, expenses, and cash closing. * Coordinate with the Technical Directorate to ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and operational procedures. * Prepare and submit monthly sales, commission, margin, and operational checklist reports. * Prepare supplier reports, external service reports, price/inventory deviations, and propose continuous improvements in administrative and commercial processes. * Other duties as required by the position or management. **Competencies:** * Advanced Excel (preferred) * Leadership and ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams * Strong analytical skills and results orientation * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
