Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage orders, ensure supply continuity, and coordinate with suppliers in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order and supply management 2. Coordination with suppliers and Pharmacy Department head 3. Compliance with urgent care processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Process purchase orders and ensure supply continuity. Generate purchase orders within established deadlines. Daily reporting on out-of-stock and/or discontinued products by supplier. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of purchase orders. Coordinate with the Pharmacy Department head on replacements for unavailable products.
