




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Procurement Assistant with excellent communication skills to manage procurement activities, track imports, and provide support to the Sales department. Key Highlights: 1. Manages procurement and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations. 2. Tracks international purchases and import deadlines. 3. Provides support in market analysis and coordination with the Sales department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Business Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience as a Procurement Assistant (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector). * Soft skills (assertive communication, interpersonal skills, proactivity). **Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement with suppliers, verifying that they are duly authorized by DIGEMID, where applicable. * Track international purchases, ensuring compliance with established import deadlines. * Support analysis of the local market for imported products, considering their commercialization and distribution. * Manage registration and entry of merchandise purchases into the ERP system. * Keep the Sales department informed about new purchases, merchandise arrivals, and stock updates. * Validate stock levels and assess prices of required products in coordination with the Sales department for subsequent quotation. **Immediate Availability** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
