




**Job Objective:** Provide support in local purchasing and import processes, ensuring proper order tracking, coordination with suppliers, and compliance with deadlines and required documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the management of domestic and international purchase orders. * Request and compare supplier quotations. * Track orders, shipments, and imports. * Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers. * Verify and organize import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.). * Update purchasing and import records and reports. * Support cost control and delivery time management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing and/or imports (internships count). * Basic knowledge of import processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic English knowledge desirable (document reading). * Organizational skills, proactivity, and follow-up ability. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Professional learning and development. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration.
