FUNCTIONS: \- Identify, evaluate, and select local suppliers. \- Manage purchase requests submitted by internal departments through the system. \- Request and analyze quotations for local and international products and services. \- Identify the optimal purchasing option by analyzing cost-benefit ratios. \- Issue, dispatch, and track national and international purchase orders. \- Maintain purchase order history and traceability. \- Obtain and evaluate quotations and proposals from logistics providers for freight forwarding and customs clearance services related to import shipments. \- Coordinate import procedures with customs brokers, insurance policy issuance, and import permit processing via VUCE. \- Perform costing (valuation) of international purchase orders. \- Submit monthly local purchase traceability reports at month-end. \- Maintain ongoing coordination with user departments and warehouse for receipt of local purchases and imports. \- Monitor office supplies inventory using Excel-based Kardex. \- Perform other duties as assigned according to the position.
