Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing (industrial sector preferred). Proficiency in using computer equipment. Basic knowledge of accounting. Knowledge of purchase orders and quotations. Knowledge of import procedures. Negotiation skills. Knowledge of purchasing domestic and international air and land transportation tickets. Ability to learn. Skills in document drafting. Availability to work in Surco from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (reference: alternate location Universidad Ricardo Palma) **Responsibilities**: Record purchases. Prepare daily bank reconciliations. Issue purchase orders to national and international suppliers. Purchase and reserve transportation tickets (air and land) and hotels. Accounts payable reports. Import expense control. Supplier and customer evaluations. Customs clearance follow-up management. Manage credit lines with suppliers.
