We are currently seeking to incorporate into our team a: **Purchasing Assistant** **What will be your challenge?** Efficiently manage purchasing processes, ensuring timely supply, proper coordination with suppliers, and inventory control. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage purchasing requirements and keep the product catalog up to date. * Coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance. * Schedule and track deliveries to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Manage product entry into the warehouse and its accurate registration in the ERP system. * Keep supplier records and associated documentation up to date. * Coordinate with the logistics department for inventory verification, preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Monitor product expiration dates. * Track purchase orders and quotations. **What are we looking for in you?** **Academic background:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse Management**, or related fields. **Key knowledge:** * Procurement management and metrics. * Supplier evaluation and negotiation. * Market knowledge. * ERP system proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * Basic English. **Experience:** * Preferred: **1 year of experience** in procurement and product negotiation, preferably in the **hardware sector**. **Apply now and send your CV to:** **ecastillo@corporaciondiferpa.com** Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
