Conducts local procurement and analyzes associated documentation A reputable company is seeking a National and International Purchasing Assistant with problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and planning capabilities, who will perform the following duties: DUTIES: \- Effectively understand and manage relationships with the operations departments of manufacturers. \- Facilitate the review of supplier account statements. \- Timely and accurately enter products sent by manufacturers into the information system. \- Coordinate with suppliers involved in the importation process, transportation, and the proper, efficient, and timely nationalization of goods received in overseas warehouses or at the local destination port. \- Obtain and analyze all documentation associated with each importation. \- Local procurement. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in International Business or Foreign Trade. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Qualities: Analytical, proactive, initiative-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
