Learn about the Procurement Operations and Development Assistant position. * Operational management in systems (Oracle and Speed) * Creating and maintaining suppliers in the system, managing the end-to-end process of the module. * Generating, modifying, and canceling Purchase Orders (POs) according to business requirements. * Creating and updating material and/or service codes, ensuring correct classification and traceability. * Validating entered information to prevent rework and audit findings. * Monitoring the NDAs of the supplier database, ensuring their validity and timely updates. * Meeting established response times (internal SLAs). * Proposing improvements to operational processes to optimize timelines and reduce errors.
