Professional Degree (Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business) Excel Proficiency: Intermediate (Pivot Tables, database handling). Quotation and purchase order management. Experience in service negotiation and sales (transportation and services experience preferred, minimum 2 years desirable). High level of customer service, adaptability, initiative, and empathy; strong negotiation skills. Organized and highly committed to fulfilling job responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** * Sourcing new suppliers. * Issuing purchase/service orders. * Consolidating total expenses per PO/customer (reports/indicators). * Managing the master supplier database. * Assigning personnel (in-house or third-party) – Program 1) Loading / 2) Dispatch. * Daily fleet/personnel checklist – Attendance. * Manages, controls, reviews, and monitors travel expenses. * Manages, controls, reviews, and monitors petty cash – Operations. * Coordinates, informs, and trains suppliers, as required, on company documentation processes for effective control. * Trains drivers and provides options to ensure proper execution and compliance with required documentation for their expense reports. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, relevant to the position. * Salary negotiable.
