Support in cybersecurity and communication systems management. **Systems Support Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). * Install and maintain software applications (Office, antivirus, ERP, etc.). * Diagnose and resolve computer equipment failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs and laptops. * Manage users, access rights, and permissions in internal systems. * Support the implementation of new information systems. **Network Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks. * Monitor the operation of routers, switches, and access points. * Configure Wi-Fi networks and ensure optimal performance. * Identify and resolve connectivity issues. * Monitor network usage (bandwidth, access, etc.). * Support structured cabling implementation. * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of network equipment. **Communications and Telecommunications Responsibilities** * Manage internal communication systems (email, IP telephony, intranet). * Configure corporate email accounts. * Support videoconferencing and communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). * Administer communication equipment (phones, radios, etc.). * Coordinate with internet and telecommunications service providers. * Monitor proper operation of communication services. **Cybersecurity Responsibilities** * Support implementation of cybersecurity policies. * Install and update antivirus and protection systems. * Perform data backups. * Control network and system access. * Identify basic risks or vulnerabilities in systems and networks. **Administrative Responsibilities** * Maintain an inventory of technological equipment. * Prepare technical and incident reports. * Log and track support tickets. * Coordinate maintenance with external vendors. * Support procurement of equipment and licenses.
