Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise transportation and physical distribution operations, optimizing resource allocation and resolving incidents to ensure supply continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of carrier assignment and tracking. 2. Control and optimization of physical distribution operations. 3. Fleet administration and supervision to ensure operational continuity. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage carrier assignments to various routes according to business requirements to ensure proper store supply. Monitor compliance with the National Fixed Appointment Schedule. Schedule additional vehicles based on warehouse and ex-work requirements. Resolve diverse incidents occurring at origin and destination. Supervise loading and its optimization. Track physical distribution operations from origin to destination. Monitor and record transportation services. Administer and control the physical distribution fleet. Conduct periodic fleet inspections using checklists (ensuring compliance with dimensions and MATPEL requirements). Immediately inform your direct supervisor of any event affecting transportation operational continuity. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently enrolled in or recently completed a technical or university program in Administration or related fields. * Experience in distribution or fleet management. (Mandatory) * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel.
