




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage warehouse operations and provide logistical support, responsible for receiving, sorting, dispatching, and inventory control—ensuring both internal and external supply. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Dispatch consumables, PPE, and samples to internal customers. * Store and control reserve and quality envelopes for delivery to internal and external customers. * Store and control surplus materials and reserve samples. * Support classification of samples for return to external customers. * Receive, verify, and/or label samples. * Issue outbound delivery notes or sample return letters to various customers. * Maintain an up-to-date record in a shared folder of returns made to customers’ counter-samples. * Manage procurement or requests for PPE from the central warehouse. * Enter requests and quotations into the company’s software system. * Submit stock replenishment requests for consumables. * Execute shipments of consumables, equipment, or PPE to branch offices. * Provide suppliers with the receipt code upon delivery of items specified in quotations and purchase orders (POs). * Generate daily internal reports on warehouse inventory. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education or technical degree in administrative fields. * Two years of experience in related functions. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and inventory control knowledge. * Skills: Empathy, communication, decision-making, creative and critical thinking, ability to lead team members within the department. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * 80% EPS health insurance coverage (for employee, spouse, and children under 18). * Statutory life insurance. * Continuous training opportunities. * Corporate partnership agreements.
