At Dryft, an automotive workshop, we are looking for a professional who wants to join a company aiming to revolutionize the auto financing industry, for the position of: **Warehouse Assistant** **What will you do?** Responsible for receiving, verifying, recording information, and storing spare parts and assets. Responsibilities: * Receive, verify, and dispatch automotive spare parts and assets, validating quantities and condition. * Record and update inventory movements in the logistics system. * Inventory management and control. * Coordinate with respective departments for purchasing and addressing requirements. * Prepare inventory, intake, outgoing, and asset control reports. * Identify discrepancies, stockouts, and support warehouse processes. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses or logistics, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of automotive spare parts (desirable). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Experience with logistics systems, ERP or CRM.
