Warehouse Assistant Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and dispatch, and preferably knowledge of forklift operation. Job Responsibilities and Functions Receive and unload materials, verifying quantity, batch, and physical condition. Review material identification documents (invoices, waybills, certificates, purchase orders) during raw material receipt. Report any deviations identified to the Warehouse Manager. Assist in recording material receipts and issuances in the warehouse module of the SIG system. Store, handle, and rotate raw materials and other materials appropriately. Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system for inventory rotation. Maintain daily warehouse order and cleanliness. Safeguard and regularly verify inventories. Assist in conducting cyclic and annual inventories of raw materials and other materials. Assist in and execute dispatches of raw materials and other materials according to manufacturing orders, verifying quantities and batches required by production. Prepare and dispatch controlled solvents in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations. Assist in controlling and archiving Quality Management System records related to their area. Comply with requirements established in Quality Management System documents for which they are a user. Support improvement of warehouse procedures, organization, and systematization. Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager within their scope of competence.
