




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring availability, cost control, and operational support. Optimizes inventory and manages suppliers, guaranteeing quality and safety. Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, to plan, manage, and control the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, equipment, and tools, ensuring timely availability, cost control, traceability, quality, safety, and efficient operational support for manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and construction activities. **Knowledge in:** * Procurement and supply management * Inventory and warehouse control * Safety standards and material handling * Documentation and traceability * Excel / ERP proficiency (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools, coordinating with Operations and Engineering to ensure timely and cost-effective supply. * Manage the warehouse and inventories, controlling receipts, issues, minimum and maximum stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and organization. * Verify receipt and dispatch of materials against purchase orders, technical specifications, and workshop or site requirements. * Manage and evaluate suppliers, including quotations, performance, claims, returns, and improvement proposals. * Control and optimize logistics costs, reducing losses, shrinkage, and delivery times. * Ensure safety, proper use of PPE, appropriate material handling, and support for environmental management. * Coordinate continuously with operational departments to address urgent requirements and ensure availability of critical materials. * Maintain document management, prepare inventory and consumption reports, and report logistics risks to Management, complying with SIG procedures.
