**Job Mission:** Maintain the physical order and documentary control of the warehouse, ensuring optimal material stock levels and tool conditions for the execution of our projects. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months working in hardware store, construction company, or general services company warehouses. * **Technical Knowledge:** Must visually identify construction materials, electrical components (low/medium voltage), plumbing supplies, paint, and drywall materials. (Mandatory). * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Excel at user/intermediate level (capable of recording receipts/issuances and filtering data tables). * **Education:** Completed secondary education. Technical studies (incomplete or ongoing) in Administration, Logistics, or related fields are desirable. * **Availability:** Full-time employment. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receiving and Dispatching:** Control supplier deliveries and material dispatches to construction sites using Delivery Vouchers. * **Inventory Control (Ledger):** Record all daily stock movements in Excel to ensure inventory accuracy. * **Tool Management:** Monitor issuance and return of machinery and tools by technical staff, verifying their condition and cleanliness. * **Organization (5S):** Maintain a clean, orderly, and classified warehouse to facilitate item location. * **Alerts:** Notify Management when critical material stock falls below minimum levels to initiate procurement. **Competencies (Soft Skills):** * **Honesty and Integrity:** Strong sense of responsibility toward company assets. * **Order and Methodology:** Ability to maintain organization in confined spaces. * **Firmness of Character:** Ability to enforce compliance with procedures (e.g., voucher signatures, tool returns) among operational staff. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Job stability within a company serving solid clients. * Positive work environment and direct interpersonal treatment.
