**WEB DESIGNER - MARKETING** **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or Advertising (technical or university level). * **Knowledge of digital marketing (ads) – basic to intermediate level; SEO/SEM; Illustrator + basic Photoshop (mandatory)** * Minimum two years’ experience as an Assistant. * Basic Tableau (not mandatory) * Intermediate Excel * WordPress proficiency (basic to intermediate) – **mandatory** * Landing page creation using Elementor (basic to intermediate) * Digital marketing (intermediate to advanced) * Analytical ability, self-taught mindset, and discipline. * Availability to work in San Isidro **Responsibilities:** * Monthly reports on website traffic growth * Monthly web benchmarking reports * Management of Meta Ads campaigns * Management of Google Ads campaigns * Recording departmental expenses and submitting them to accounting * Inputting leads into telemarketing databases (emails, Facebook Business, Meta forms, others) * Management of telemarketing CRM software – Whaticket (after prior training) * Updating Google My Business content * Responsibility for purchasing advertising materials * Indexing URLs in Google Search Console * Creating monthly blog posts * Blog for hearing aid deliveries to NGOs * Email campaigns using Mailchimp * Creation of databases for Mailchimp campaigns * Creation and updating of websites – Landing pages * Creation and management of Google and Meta conversion tags * Improving website loading times * Maintaining updated and organized warehouse inventory (in coordination with design interns) * Updating reports and databases (Tableau usage is not mandatory) * Updating information on agreements with partner brands such as banks or municipalities, including activities or contract validity periods **Offered:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career development path. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity to join a solid organization.
