Pleasant work environment We are searching for the best talent to fill the position of GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum education: Completed secondary school \- Minimum experience / duration: 1 year in similar positions. \- Availability: Immediate \- Willingness to relocate or travel: NO \- Language proficiency: NO \- Driver's license: NO \- Resident in Lima city WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday \- 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday \- 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year assisting in **drywall** tasks (framing assembly, paneling, joint compound application, or sanding). \- Assist in material handling and preparation (gypsum boards, fiber-cement sheets, studs, and tracks). \- Electrical installations, replacement of light fixtures and outlets, installation of raceways, among others. \- Perform plumbing tasks, including replacement of sink fittings, toilets, cleaning of sewer inspection chambers and drainage lines, among others. \- Perform masonry tasks, such as tile installation, painting, among others. \- Carry out daily infrastructure maintenance tasks at the facilities with expected quality and established safety measures to ensure optimal operation. \- Inspect potential infrastructure anomalies within the organization’s facilities, report them, and implement solutions. \- Maintain constant order and cleanliness in the work area (clean site).
