**We are looking for an Interior Architect** We are seeking an Interior Architect with **a minimum of 2 years of experience**, specialized in **space design and custom furniture design**, capable of developing functional, aesthetic, and budget-appropriate proposals. The selected candidate must have **knowledge of costs and budget preparation**, as well as material selection, finishes, and construction solutions applicable to the local market. **Requirements and knowledge:** * Experience in **interior space design and custom furniture design**. * Knowledge of **costs, budgeting, take-offs, and expense control**. * Proficiency in design tools used in Lima – Peru: * **AutoCAD** (plans and technical details) * **SketchUp** and/or **Revit** (3D modeling) * **V\-Ray, Lumion or Enscape** (rendering) * **Photoshop and Illustrator** (graphic presentations) * Knowledge of **materials, carpentry, melamine, MDF, and finishes**. * Development of **technical drawings and furniture details**. * Basic knowledge of **local regulations and construction processes**. * Ability to coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and contractors. * Strong aesthetic judgment, organization, and teamwork skills. **We are located near the Ate Municipality** **Contact:** \+51 945 366 499 Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
