We seek a professional with a primarily operational focus who actively participates in the field and ensures the plant’s operational continuity. **Requirements** **Technically qualified professional** in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related technical fields. **Minimum 4 years of experience** leading maintenance departments or teams in manufacturing companies or industrial plants. Solid knowledge of: Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Industrial electricity. Industrial mechanics. Welding. Maintenance management. Industrial safety. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating on-site work. **Key Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Actively participate in plant maintenance operational tasks, dedicating approximately 80% of time to field activities and direct supervision of work. Ensure operational readiness of industrial machinery and equipment, including: Presses. Ball mills. Industrial furnaces. Dryers. Auxiliary equipment and other plant assets. Diagnose failures and promptly coordinate corrective actions. Supervise mechanical, electrical, and welding work. Manage procurement of spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance. Prepare, monitor, and update records, reports, maintenance schedules, and departmental indicators, dedicating approximately 20% of time to administrative and documentation tasks. Implement continuous improvements contributing to operational efficiency and reduced downtime.
