Our goal is to drive streamer growth by enhancing their live broadcasts and supporting their digital and professional development. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact, recruit, and advise streamers and content creators. * Design, manage, and optimize TikTok digital communication strategies. * Analyze performance metrics to propose improvements. * Identify trends and transform them into growth opportunities for creators. * Establish strategic collaborations with streamers and support their development. * Assist in building and strengthening creators’ digital presence. **Requirements** * Students in final semesters or graduates in **Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields**. * Strong verbal communication skills / comfort speaking on camera. * Residence in Lima and availability for in-person work in Miraflores. * Passion for the digital world, creativity, and communication skills.
