We are seeking a **Project Control Engineer** to manage the monitoring, control, and performance analysis of construction projects in terms of **schedule, cost, and physical–financial progress**, providing reliable and timely information to support decision-making by the Construction Management team. Requirements * A **graduated** professional in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in **Project Management and Control**, Construction Planning and Control, Cost Estimation and Budgeting. * **Mandatory proficiency in ERP S10** (costs, budgets, valuations, and physical–financial tracking). * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in project or construction control. * Knowledge of: * Monitoring and control of construction schedules. * Control of physical and financial progress. * Analysis of schedule and cost variances. * Peruvian Public Procurement Law and regulations issued by the **OECE – Law No. 32069** (public works). * Proficiency in tools: * **MS Project**. * Intermediate–advanced **Excel**. * Power BI or other control tools (desirable).
