Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible bakery assistant to support the preparation, baking, and decoration of products while maintaining hygiene and order in the work area. Teamwork and proactivity in performing duties Requirements: * Basic experience in baking or pastry (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling (GMP). * Ability to follow recipes and instructions. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and strong teamwork skills. * Availability to work shifts (if applicable). Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs, creams, fillings, and decorations. * Weigh and organize ingredients according to recipes. * Assist in baking and cooling processes. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Support basic product decoration. * Comply with hygiene standards and inventory rotation (FIFO).
