Job Summary: SODEXO is seeking a Cook to prepare and coordinate main dishes, ensure quality, and implement good manufacturing practices. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare main dishes and side dishes 2. Coordinate daily dish preparation 3. Maintain and supervise good manufacturing practices SODEXO wants to welcome the best expert in the Cook position to join our family! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare all types of main dishes with their side dishes and accompaniments. * Prepare daily ingredient requisitions for food preparations. * Coordinate with assistants on daily dish preparation. * Carry out preparations according to the menu, presentation, and final quality of prepared products. * Maintain and supervise good manufacturing practices before, during, and after dish preparation. * Support activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties within the scope of competence required to achieve departmental objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. * Completed culinary or gastronomy studies. * Experience in food handling. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and overnight. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll with all legally mandated benefits. * Family allowance. * Training and career development path.
