The candidate will be responsible for cooking dishes for flavor and service, and serving well-prepared meals to our production plant workers at the Corporación Bioliffe facility in Chilca. The candidate must be capable of operating efficiently in the kitchen and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment * Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., cutting and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) * Cook food using various utensils or griddles * Maintain a hygienic and orderly environment in the kitchen * Ensure all food and other products are stored properly. * Check ingredient quality, monitor inventory levels, and place orders when supplies run low. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience as a chef. * Experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, and oven trays and containers * Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.) * Ability to follow all sanitary procedures. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. SALARY: 1500 SOLES \- WORK LOCATION IS AT A CORPORACIÓN BIOLIFFE PRODUCTION PLANT. NOTE: REFERRALS FROM CANDIDATES RESIDING IN PUCUSANA OR CHILCA ARE PREFERRED.
