





**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook (work certificates will be required) \- Flexibility to work rotating shifts. \- Completed studies in gastronomy. (MANDATORY AND IMPORTANT) \- Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday. **PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Knowledge of HACCP and BPM \- Ensure inventory levels of supplies and maintain high product quality standards. \- Optimize and improve production processes and dish preparation. \- Conduct inventories and fulfill requirements coordinated with the kitchen supervisor. \- Submit product replenishment requests to the kitchen supervisor. \- Maintain hygiene control in the area (POES). \- Prepare and submit area reports and documentation.
