




Job Summary: We are seeking a junior cook with experience in traditional Peruvian dishes, who is creative, proactive, and eager to grow within the gastronomic industry, for a coastal Peruvian restaurant in Callao. We are a coastal Peruvian restaurant located in Callao seeking a junior cook with experience in traditional Peruvian dishes, problem-solving ability, creativity, and enthusiasm to continue growing in this gastronomic field. Responsibilities: **Your responsibilities will include:** 1. Preparing 40 daily menus. 2. Preparing seasonings and ingredients, mise en place, and any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 3. Assisting in order reception, ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4. Executing mise en place for the area, monitoring and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5. Immediately informing the head chef if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after service. 7. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8. Coordinating requisitions with the supervisor. Requirements: - Experience in the gastronomic industry. - Proactive attitude and leadership skills. - Valid health certificate. - Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FIFO (First In, First Out).
