Job Summary: SODEXO is seeking a Cook to prepare main dishes, coordinate with assistants, and ensure preparation quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare all types of main dishes 2. Coordinate with assistants for dish preparation 3. Ensure product quality and presentation SODEXO wants you—the best expert—to join our family as a Cook! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare all types of main dishes with their side dishes and accompaniments. * Submit daily ingredient requisitions for preparations. * Coordinate with assistants for daily dish preparation. * Carry out preparations according to the menu, presentation standards, and final product quality. * Maintain and supervise good manufacturing practices before, during, and after dish preparation. * Support activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties within your area of expertise required to achieve departmental objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. * Completed culinary or gastronomy studies. * Experience in food handling. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and overnight. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits. * Family allowance. * Training and career development path.
