Responsibilities * Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner. * Circulate throughout the dining area during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, interacting with customers. * Inquire about the quality of service received and the level of satisfaction with products. * Collect suggestions, feedback, and observations to support continuous service improvement. * Identify, with the customer’s consent, the name or characteristics of the table or group served for follow-up purposes. * Prepare reports indicating: Table or group served, feedback on dishes, service quality, and relevant suggestions or observations. Requirements * Excellent personal presentation and prior experience as a hostess. * Fluent communication, empathy, and a positive attitude. * Service-oriented mindset and customer focus. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
