We’re not just looking for someone to wash dishes—we want someone who contributes their part to make everything run smoothly. **What do we offer to make you feel at home?** * **Base salary:** S/ 1130 monthly (fixed) * **Consumption Surcharge (RC) bonus:** You will receive an additional **S/ 400** from the Consumption Surcharge—an extra income added to your base salary. * **Tips:** In addition to your base salary and RC, you’ll earn direct tips. (S/ 150 to S/ 200\) * **Lunch and/or dinner** * **A perfect 10 environment:** We are a close-knit team—we support each other and love ensuring everyone feels comfortable and happy working together. * **Rest days:** 1 day per week (rotating) * General labor regime, vacation, bonuses, CTS * SCTR, mandatory life insurance * Essalud **What will you do daily with us?** Your main mission will be to ensure everything shines: plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.—all spotless! You’ll also help keep your work area extremely organized and occasionally assist with general kitchen cleaning. Most importantly, you’ll help us uphold the high cleaning standards that define us. **What do we need from you?** Don’t worry if you lack years of experience—if you have a **positive attitude**, **willingness to learn**, and enjoy working at a steady pace, you’ve already won half the battle! It’s essential that you’re available for rotating shifts, including weekends—because here, the action never stops.
