Main Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation following established instructions. * Prepare mise en place for daily service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. * Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating supplies using the FEFO method. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations. * Collaborate during service to ensure efficient customer service. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Minimum of **3 months** experience as a kitchen assistant or in food production/handling (**preferred**). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Availability to work rotating opening and closing shifts. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, commitment, and eagerness to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
