Availability to work rotating shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare the shift task list. * Fulfill cleaning duties. * Assist with the fryer as needed. * Support à la carte dish preparation on stoves, griddles, and grills. * Prepare staff meals, subject to prior coordination. * Record waste and spoilage. * Complete the staff meal recipe chart for THE COMPANY. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. * Support the Head Chef. * Assist in sauce preparation when required.
