Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced chopper for chifa cuisine to support order preparation, develop Mise en Place, and supply the chopping area. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient supply for stir-fry cooks We are currently recruiting talent to fill the chopper position with chifa experience at El JADE, located at Av. Aviación 2576, San Borja — two blocks from San Borja Sur station. Completed secondary education. • Minimum 1 year of experience in chifa. Responsibilities: • Assist in order preparation according to chefs’ specifications. * Adhere to the schedule set by the immediate supervisor. * Develop Mise en Place rapidly and in an organized manner. * Supply the chopping area for stir-fry cooks.
