Position Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator to manage integrated systems, conduct follow-ups, and carry out audits at S&M Occupational Clinic. At S&M Occupational Clinic, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and continuous-improvement-oriented **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics Engineering, or related fields *(mandatory)* * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of **Integrated Management Systems**. * Courses or workshops on **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Availability for full-time employment. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain documentation and records of the Integrated Management System. * Monitor procedures, indicators, and improvement plans. * Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. * Supervise compliance with Quality Management System guidelines (ISO 9001:2015\). * Track non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions. * Provide staff induction and training on Integrated Management Systems and OHS topics. * Report the status of the Integrated Management System to management. * Manage documentation for DIGESA, DIRIS, and homologation processes. * Plan and lead in-house campaigns for client companies. * Support the organization of operational staff when required. * Manage departmental procurement requirements. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. **Work Location:** San Miguel – Lima **Remuneration:** S/ 2,600 to 3,000 per month (commensurate with experience and professional profile) **We Offer** * Formal payroll registration (microenterprise regime) from day one. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment.
