Develops manuals and reports for continuous improvement of the system An engineering, construction, and space remodeling specialist company is seeking a **Starsoft Project Manager**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Starsoft system implementation, support, or training. * Proficiency in Starsoft’s accounting and administration modules. * Knowledge of administrative and financial processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Competitive market-based salary * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the San Borja district * Payroll: General Regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide internal staff training to ensure correct usage and understanding of the Starsoft system. * Support and guide the team during system installation and go-live, ensuring project objectives are met. * Provide technical assistance and resolve queries regarding system functionality to ensure proper usage. * Monitor users’ correct adoption of the system and make necessary adjustments. * Identify opportunities to optimize Starsoft processes and functionalities to maximize efficiency. * Develop manuals, guidelines, and usage, monitoring, and improvement reports to maintain up-to-date records.
