Process control and textile machinery management At VILAV, we are looking for a **Weaving Supervisor** with experience in the textile industry who can guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and organizational standards within the weaving department. We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, results orientation, and the ability to manage work teams. - Main Responsibilities * Digitally record daily production for both shifts. * Apply machine deductions based on incidents. * Notify the finishing department of completed orders. * Report progress to the coordination group via photographs. * Update weaving lists on the bulletin board (corkboard). * Monitor ongoing orders. * Supervise the weaving process and verify compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate and organize activities of assigned personnel. * Monitor production timelines and target achievement. * Create folders for coded designs. * Develop an internal design catalog. * Record production, seconds, and consumption in the system. * Prepare consolidated reports. * Review daily reports. * Prepare bonus-related information. * Draft rest schedules. * Verify correct usage and operation of machines. * Identify technical faults and coordinate maintenance. * Evaluate team performance. * Report progress and results to management. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline in the area. ✅ Requirements * University studies in Industrial Engineering (incomplete or final cycles). * Or technical studies in Textile Engineering, Industrial Production, or related fields. * Courses in supervision, quality control, or production (preferred). * Knowledge of weaving processes and textile machinery operation. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Results orientation. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proficiency in operating textile machinery. **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site * Position type: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12 hours) — Applicants unable to meet this schedule should not apply. * Salary: 1800 * Send your resume or CV to: vilav.reclutamiento@gmail.com * In the email subject line, indicate the position you are applying for.
